Common questions
I didn't get my sign-in code.
Sign-in codes come by text message to the phone number you typed.
Check the number, and ask for a new code after a minute if it still hasn't arrived.
School email link codes come from [sender address], so check your school email's junk or quarantine folder for those.
Why can't I link my school email?
Only [the school] email addresses, without + aliases, can be linked for campus verification.
Why can't I see a house party's address?
House-party addresses show only to people who linked their school email and marked going, from the release time on the event, usually two hours before it starts. To link your school email, tap "Link school email" in the event's address section, or open Me.
Something about an event is wrong, or someone is bothering me.
Open the event and tap "Report this event", or report the person from your Friends list or a plan they answered. Every report goes to us, and nobody is told who reported. To stop someone seeing you, block them from your Friends list.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Me, then Delete account. Without the app, request deletion on the account deletion page, and we will verify the number before deleting anything. Your account and everything tied to it is deleted right away, including your going marks, plan answers and friends. Star ratings you gave stay in each event's anonymous average, no longer linked to you. A plan you started stays for the people who answered it, no longer linked to you. Reports you sent, or that others sent about you, stay with our team for moderation, no longer linked to you.
